Deactivating boot lock sensor

I recently replaced my rear boot lock actuator and now - even though the boot closes correctly - the car thinks the boot is always open.

The boot flashes on the dash display and - more importantly - the alarm won't activate since the car thinks the boot is not closed properly.

My first thought for an easy workaround is to decativate the boot lid sensor.

Has anyone done this? Can anyone tell me how?

Or has anyone a better idea?

Any ideas guys?
Pull a connector?
Or does this require a laptop?

Just pull the plug of the latch in the boot lid iv had to do this on my avant as the switch on the latch is playing up
