Hi, yesterday I realised my dash gauges are not as bright as they used to be. Is there any way of checking bulbs or fuse or anything?

Which fuse is responsible for the interior car lighting?

At first I though it was something with my eyes but I'm 100% sure now that they are not as bright as they used to be.

You're aware of the + and - operating the rheostat obviously?

as above turn them up

how do your turn them up?

Its probably very obvious but i cant see it?

wow, thanks mine are dim so i hope this helps!

In my defence, it isnt obvious. Maybe i should read my manual.

hahaha, thanks for help on this one. Is it possible for them to dim themselves?

While we're on a "state the obvious thread" these buttons can also be used to dim/brighten the ambient LED's.

Now that's news to me. Keen on turning the headline leds up a little. V.interesting James.

Is it easy, or should I get off my *** and read the manual?

Is it easy to fit the ambient leds?

LOL they brighten and dim with the dash lights when you use these buttons.

Sorry, I misunderstood what you said.

Go out and try it, you know you want to.

Ahhhh, yup, I might experiment, guess it would make sense for it to work this way.

I do want to go out and try it, I am just at that stage of the day where even typing this is a load of effort. I'll be mashing that button around next time I use the car in the dark though.... Cheers.

Thanks for this useful information guys. I just had to go out to try it now, my lights weren't dull but they have certainly improved! :icon_thumright:
