dark blue interior

Hi

could someone tell me if my a3 quattro's dark blue interior was a one off custom or if it was an option when bought?

basically inside the whole of my car the dashboard the insides of the doors etc is finished in a very nice dark blue plastic..

I just wondered as Ive not seen it in any other 1.8T I have come accross....

its a 2001 y plate

My 52 plate has this dark blue finish as well.

It's called Maritime Blue, and as far as I know it was a standard option.

Its a lovely colour and seems to change in the light....

I like the fact that the seat belts are also blue !! to match

That pic of mine doesn't do justice to what was a lovely looking interior, especially with the full leather as well. Only drawback is if you should need a replacement panel, say a door card, or centre console, it's a special order from Germany, & can take weeks.
