Very nice car mate.
Pads wise I'd go for ebc blue stuff NDX pads or rs29s.
Thanks chaps, black rings are staying though.
Pads are only going to be replaced by ds2500s they done well in the past
looks so much better with the cleaned rear lights dane, awesome car, whens it going on the strip??
also you sorted out the gopro vid from on the way to santapod?
Thanks bud, the lights contrast all the black to good effect me thinks.
It might go for a run at inters but not many runs as the new standard clutch is only just handling my torque ATM.
Yeah I got some stills from the vid but they aren't very good I'll find them for you anyway though
Stunning car wanted one of those myself but just picked up an 07 s3
Thanks bud It's pretty awesome!
Coilovers and new control arms have arrived, new top mounts being ordered tomorrow.
And new wheels have been purchased....
Suspensions done! Excuse the dirty car it rained lots on the way back!
My favourite pic of the lot
Very happy with it so far might need adjusting slightly as it settles
Very nice mate.
What wheels did you get?
Cheers bud, the new wheels are of a porsche nature but that's all I'm saying
Quick pic from its natural habitat
Car looks great.
Man this thing is Horn. I always wanted one, but in Australia they are rare as Hens teeth. I've only ever seen one before down here.
Thanks chaps, sending my new alloys off for a refurb soon
Pic from the crowded drive
So the wheels are done, just waiting on black centres with coloured badges and some h&r adapters, who knows what they are?
They are all gloss black no silver rim, that's just the Light, I'm very happy with the finish, I've bought brand new wheels that had worse paint! And all in 36 hours
Plan is to seal them with a few coats of auto finesse stuff and swap the rubber over from my b7's with the tire fitters being punished by death if they mess them up.
Oohhh very nice Dane!! Get some pics of them on now!!!
Thanks bud I'm still waiting on adapters fom dpm
But in the meanwhile
Wheels are all ready, sealed and new centre caps.
Cheeky clean pic next to the golf;
This is going to look the dogs with them on
Thanks mate, im hoping theyre going to look the dogs!

All ready for inters tomorrow!
Good effort there Dane.
very nice mate!
Since photobucket finally decided to stop being gay I can add some pictures! Thanks to those who took most of them
And my favourite,
Finally got around to ordering some new 3 inch downpipes earlier this week.
Dirty pic after about 1000 miles this month.
Car looks good! i like the stealthy look.
I know they're Porsche alloys but why have you put/kept the centres on ?
bahaha what on earth was the brush tinting all about. hideous! They look ace now. Cars a beaut!!! congrats
I can't find Audi centres in this size, plus I like the colour of the centres, helps break up the black
Fair enough, looks good either way!
What's your next plan for the car?
Well sort this out first
Then repair a small kerb scuff and finally end my exhaust ticking by fitting my nice new shiny Wagner 3 inch downpipes with 100 cell cats.
Ahh bad times. I've had the same happen to me on Avon tyres!
Will look forward to the update mate.
Little pre ADI clean and freshen up.
Changed the rear rings too, as opon machine polishing the boot, turns out my old ones were just painted black.. Damn previous owners....
Miles better IMO
Porsche cayenne rims dane?
That new wheels just sets that car off perfectly! Such a nice car.
