    Hi,

Just found that the outer passenger C.V. Boot is split :(

How much of a job is it to do? I have done them on the past with my MK2 golf but dont know if I can be arsed.

How much is Audi likely to charge me?

Anybody got the guide in Elsa?

    Kind Regards,

    :)

p.s. I'm after doing the top mounts so i guess this is a job I can do at the same time....

An hour-ish labour per boot is about right I think?

I had 3 changed on mine a couple of months back. I had a Whiteline Anti-Lift Kit fitted at the same time, I think it was about 4 or 5 hours in total.

I've read a lot about the WALK helping with uneven tyre wear. If that is the case, then it should pay for itself. It was fitted at the same time as a new set of tyres and alignment, so hard to say exactly what it's done, but it feels a lot tighter.
