Cut pipe, drain off?

Any ideas on what this pipe for?
To big for central locking vacuum?
Or a drain off of some sort?

does you central locking work on that door?

Doesn't work al together atm, pump works but no vacuum, in the process of putting new diaphragm in it.

It does look to be a bit of a fat pipe to be a central locking vacuum pump actually

Sunroof drain is my guess. Runs down front pillar. And usually sticks out about 15mm
