Cupra R Splitter Fitting on S3

I have managed to get hold of a new Leon Cupra R Splitter... I know afew of you have fitted them on your S3s (8L) .. Any ideas on how to fit it...

I gotta be honest and say I just went out there, jacked the car up onto stands, then worked out how I wanted it sitting, with the help of a mate holding and moving it, then tappted the screws thru (check for obstructions first tho, dont go thru a cooler or anything!)
