Cruise cowling cost?

looked on ebay and seen on for £36.99??

is there anywhere else that would maybe do it cheaper or is that the kind of price im looking?

I had mine supplied (stalk & cowling) fitted, & programmed for £88 so sounds a bit steep to me.

Edit: Just checked that price did not include vat.
Assuming im reading the invoice correctly the part number for mine was 8E0 953 512 P 6PS cost £32.34 so seems about right.

If its any help, when I fitted mine I just trimmed the existing lower cowl using a dremel, with the 'mini milling' cutter type bit fitted (not sure exactly what they properly called !) .

On the inside of the cowl there is a moulding line, I just trimmed it to that and it fits fine, probably better than I expected to be fair ! I thought its worth a go and if I f**k it up, then I'll just have to buy the preshaped one to change at a later date.

The trade price is £35.2 and retail is £41

So seems like a reasonable price.
