When you say coding done did you do the coding on the SCSM and the login code on the engine ECU?

With VCDS, go to module 16, measuring value, then iirc go to value 004 or 006. These is where you can see the active functions of the stalk. See what the mvb reads, and if it constantly reads "Accel". If so then quite possibly it could be the steering module.
If these reads fine, then could well be the accelerator pedal.
In all my fittings I have never heard of or come across this problem before, so am just trying narrow things down.

Are you saying you also tried your scsm on his car, so you recalibrated it and made the car learn his VIN number as it would be a used module?

    yep did all that
and same with his to mine
mine and his on mine work fine
his and mine and another known working stalk do the same thing on his car
say at 50 i set it it stays at 50 for say 5 seconds then climbes press brake or clutch or pushing cc stalk back cancelles it
    pulling down does nothing
