Think I remember reading somewhere that Stallone is an Everton fan, and usually goes to watch them when over here, not seen it yet but looks good.

The fight itself takes place at Goodison.

Enjoyed this, good film, thought the fight scenes were shot well.
Left it open for Creed2/3/4, got to love the Yanks and their Franchises.
