I posted pics of my car up a few weeks ago, Wx51 commenting saying that most wont polish out..... just wondering if it is possible to fill these in before using Jeffs acrylic kit (from polished bliss) on it.

The problem is that to get rid of most of the scratches would mean a full respray..... virtually.... so would like to do a cosmetic job to reduce the attention these niks currently bring....

Twofold problem; (1) the scratches are too deep for fillers to bridge and hide, ruling out the use of glazes, and (2) even if you could fill them, the basecoat of the Jeffs system (Prime) contains strong chemical cleaners that would rip them out again, negating the effect. I honestly can't think of a way forward other than wetsanding if their sufficient paint depth, or respraying if not.

no probs, i was waiting for your input as a final solution, thanks mate:hi:
