Correct tyre pressure?

Hi all, I have an a3 1.8t with continental sport contact 3's (225/45 - 17").

Does anyone know what tyre pressures I should have front/back? Its mostly motorway driving, and the car is mostly totally unladen with just me and maybe 1 passenger.
