Connects 2 no cd changer after being on a 10/15 mins help

Hi all thanks for helping fitted connects 2 to concert single din works fine then after 10 to 20 mins of being on comes up no cd changer then goes off still power to the unit there is two ground wires I attached one the the stereo chassis and I believe the other one is a ground could be wrong comes on the harness with a male and female plug anyone know what that wire is for ?? Anyone has this issue no cd changer displayed ?

Connects 2 make a lot of stuff - it may help people to help you if you say what exactly you have, and/or post pics.

If it's one of those things that connects a USB to the single Din concert, I returned mine as it did this - randomly didn't work. In the end I got an Audi iPod lead from a member on here.
