Compatible discs with sat navs

    Hey guys,

    was looking for a little bit of help really i have a3 that has had the audi navigation plus put into it... On the start up it says MMI S3. I want to get the sat nav disc for it. Should i get a sat nav disc that says '

    AUDI MMI EUROPE EUROPA (MMI 3G) 2010 SAT NAV SATELLITE NAVIGATION DISC' should this work? Please help

    Welcome to the site.

    MMI 3G is for full mmi systems, the A3 8P rns-e isn't really full MMI.

    Adam, really your best bet is to just go and buy a genuine RNS-E sat-navigation disk from Audi. Yes, they are expensive but they do work. There are several internet sites that sell copy disks, but they are very often unreliable (failing just when it is the most critical time). The RNS-E sat-navigation disks do not change very much each year, so a new 2013 version should be good for some time. Good luck.
