company to recondition a turbo?

Who would be the best from the following companies?

Crturbos
reconditionedturbo (turbocomp)
turbocentre

ive had quotes and they are all around the same price.

I sent mine to Turbo dynamics
How ever they more or less said... its dead, you need a full new unit,
Where as ive been told CR can work with slightly worse components or get hold of the parts to make good a poorly turbo.
Mine cost me around £1000 from them but it is their top spec item though,
I would contact Badger 5 he will point you in the right direction as he has probably seen more rebuilt or hybridised turbos than most members

i've been quoted 470 for a reconditioned turbo with mostly new parts and exchange of my old one.

turbo centre can recondition from 100 + vat to 360+vat , the lower end just being the oil seals etc.

The problems i found is that the exhaust housing is very prone to cracking. Alot are deemed scrap when they are stripped down so the quotes are normaly dependent on yours being un cracked and useable.
