    My bet...

2-0 to us... A cheeky one from Mr. Crouch at the beginning of the end then a blinder that nobody had a chance with from Gerrard just into the first minute of stoppage time!

    :D :D :D :D :D

unfortunately Mr beerzo Mr crouch has pi--ed on your fire from a very height.

    NEXT PLEASE.

Beerzo who you watching in the world cup or arent you, o sorry just seen Scotland on your location ah well perhaps your lot might eventually make it to a tournament but we may all be dead by then, anyway keep supporting any team that england play, as at least that keeps you involved with the major competitions.

i cant read i can only write, its funny how tesco's or sainsbury up scotland reckon that they have sold shed loads of rum and mango's because most Scots were having parties to support Trinidad though, like i said it makes the Scots feel apart of the world cup or any over tournament, so im all for it, God bless Scotland long may she stand arm in arm with England as one big happy family.

Sorry if I offended just peeved as if any team of the United Kingdom would of qualified then I would be hoping they get thru to the last sixteen but seeing as were English the ones who centuries ago conquered the world every man and his dog are glad to see us lose.

I've just come back from a week in Scotland staying with friends on the Isle of Bute. While we were up there, two English people (one of them a seven year old boy) were attacked for wearing England shirts. On the other hand, our friends (a Glaswegian and a Paisley-ite & both Scottish to the core) watched the match with as much support for England as us, and they deplore the actions of Jack McConnell et al.

Different points of view on both sides. It's the way of the world, as ever..

2 things. The guy that hit the kid was obviously a druggie as:

    A) He was wearing a Rangers top
    B) He was Scottish and in Edinburgh, only Ingerlersh live there; or jaykies.
    c) Who hit's primary school kids?

Mr Fat Taxi Driver? Who doesn't want to smash taxi drivers in at the best of times?

As for Jack supporting Ecuador, he can shout on who he wants.

I dare say there will be only a handful of Jocks cheering on the Sassenachs.

Away the Ecuador! Get stuck into the filth! :moa:

I've been trying to find an old photo I have, although I don't suppose the actual photo is crucial to my question...

How does the support lie on this one? The photo is of my English Grandfather (who's immediate lineage was rather-french), playing football in the Berlin Olympic stadium at the end of the war, for Hell's Last Issue!

    Confused, or just eclectic?

    Regards,

    Rob.
