Cold air feed length?

How big of a length do i need to take a feed from the fog light area upto the air filter, 1/2 or 1 metre?

Get a metre. Nothing worse than going for the cheaper/shorter option and realising its too short!

What bore/ID are you going for out of interest?

i couldn't get it past the headlight! how the hell do you lot squeeze the 4" intake around there ?

the intake pipe to throttle is in the way for me,just put it in front of headlight,plenty of air will get in there...i hope lol

Im going for 76id diameter so around 80mm external.

My set up cold air feed comes from the upper grill, over the top of the rad, over the top of the new breather/battery to the filter

Alright for some who dont have a wopping battery in the way haha.

I think i may have to move my horns back to the front as well to get a feed in, its pretty tight around the passenger fog light area.

I managed to get mine also 80mm in diameter and about 1m in length all the way from the passenger fog light grill all the way to the filter (Obviously I don't have either SMIC fitted lol). Its easy with the bumper off and all I did was undo the battery clip and slide it as far over towards the engine as possible as this gave about an inch extra space which although still tight aloowed the pipe to fit nice and snug.
