Coilover Set Up

On my way to work I was met a delivery driver with a large box containing my coilovers from DPM (big thanks btw)

Going to get back home on my dinner to check them out.

So this thread basically, ive never had coilovers on any of my rides before always had either spring and damper or just springs.

How are they set up? EG. lowered to a set amount?

Are there notches on the coils, or is it a tape measure from the floor jobby to get the height?

How is yours set up?

On other cars i have had them on i have set them up roughly before fitting,so that both sides are equal,fit them,settle the suspension in by driving up the street then measure from the wheel centre to the arch and fine tune what your after.I guess it could be very different if set up professionally ie corner weighted etc.

suppose best way to get it set up is trail and error then, sounds like fun tho
