Can't find after a search, and just want, need some advise on what uprated clutch and flywheel i should get,i have a hybrid build taking place, but before map i want to do the clutch flywheel and uprated engine mounts, due to them being worn,so would rather prepare the car for map first. It is taking a while to get the car all sorted ectfor map, just want it right and ready for more power.much love adam.

Have a look at Westy's, Welly's (more recent thread) and StaceyS3's thread for ideas... all have done this work... I use a DMF, std cover plate and Sachs paddle plate...

Westy's setup seems to work well... engine mount wise its THS or Vibratechnics

I have vibratechnics top two mounts (road) and the VF Engineering dogbone. It's a pretty nice combo. The VF dogbone is pretty stiff though, you coud probably just run a powerflexed standard dogbone but I like the tighter feeling.

Ignore me,looks like the is an adjuster on the vibratechnics ones, bit like some engine torques you can get to stop the engine moveing as much.

I'm running ths engine top mounts. Very impressed.

Also a dual mass flywheel and 6 paddle clutch purchased from Linda at cg.motorsport. She game me an amazing deal and it's an awesome piece of kit. They specialise in racing clutches. You can drive mine next week, and you can see for yourself.

When seeking bigger power budget and do all as they will fail on these old cars and fast.
