sorry for this little story, but it is easier to explain this way !

today i was driving on the motorway and came off for a cheeky meal at the services.

i got back to the car, and the clutch bite seemed to be around 1/ half a inch lower.
i drove the remaining way home ( 40 mile) and it was the same.

would this just need bleeding ? if so, can anyone give me a quick run down?

Also how high is everyone else's clutch bite?

i also started to notice with the lower clutch bite, selecting gears started become abit notcher.

previously, i have been having problems ( more ocd tbh) with first and second being slightly notchy going into gear.( wouldn't crunch or whine) this was only now and then.

Im wondering, could this clutch bite issue be the problem?

The car has just hit 49k :)

cheers

My cars on 109k and all original clutch and flywheel and it bites in the middle, I has since I have owned it at 90k. Never noticed it change. Has the braking changed at all too?

Braking has always had abit of pedal travel.

Isnt the clutch mc seperate to braking master cylinder?

anyone got a guide on bleeding the clutch master cylinder?
