Clutch and Anti row bar

Hi guys took my car in for service and i was told my clutch is nearly there,which means i need to change it and the anti row bar.does anyone know how much it will set me back since i have just spend a fortune at the stealers.

Mr Clutch quoted me around £385 for a new clutch ('03 FIS Sport Avant), only got a quote from them so not sure if it's any good.

Would be interested in prices too as I'll need to replace mine shortly
