clunky gear change and shuddering

Hi fellas i found my 03 a4 tdi 130 harder to get into gears 1st and 2nd recently and the car seems to judder when sationary as well what the problems or an ideas

hi mate im new to audi and just finding things out about them my self. but iv read on here a few times about cluch and flywheel problems.
and the judder may be the fw but ime sure some one will give you a better idea than me so dont shot me if im wrong lol

When was the gearbox oil last changed?

I only bought the car 2weeks ago there is 91000mls on er so i say it was never done
