Clonk!

when i'm turning into or reversing out of my drive i get a clonk from the front (probably nearside) of my A3 1.8T.

What's this most likely to be? Car's going in to the garage for shockers and springs next Thursday and i'll ask the mechanic to take a look but i thought i'd check on here first.

I guess everyone is gonna say the ARB, but i've had a butchers at the droplinks and bushes and nothing looks obviously shocking...
 
not the old diff rivet problem is it?

ignore me... i'm having flashbacks to 020 gearbox days...
 
lol, which cars had the 020 gearbox? Isn't that the 5 speed box my car is saddled with?

It's not my dogbone mount, that's a shiny new EIP mount that i fitted so i know it's in and torqued up OK. :yes:
