There seems to be some problem with my climate control

the passenger side air vents are giving out warm air whears the drivers side are given out mild/cold air

The car is not warming up and getting to the right tempreture inside and you can feel it alot more when its colder

any ideas?

Had it on VCDS?
Sounds like either the control panel is faulty, or there's a motor gone on one of the directional flaps.

Kayne West is gonna give ya a break on that one...do you really have a white audi q3 HVAC in your audi a3? I had the same problem among others with the HVAC so I changed it to an audi q3 HVAC

it looks like that dont think is white though. The left side vents are working fine and giving correct heat. Pop the right one to 28/HI then it starts blowing warm air. when on around 24/25 its seems mild/cold
