Climate control unit - what torx to take it apart?

    Im trying to take apart my climate control unit but I dont have a torx small enough
    Does anyone know the size I need?

    no idea but I got a set of small torx pretty cheap for taking mobile phones to bits, only a few quid, was a while ago tho

    T20 bit or even a T25 will work...........Halfors, Toolstation, Screwfix etc will sell the tools

    I think they were something like a T15 from when i swapped the circuit boards into the panel that goes lower down for the double din radio, very small they are. mind you don't break any tabs

    Cheers all - to cover all bases then I bought a 8 Piece Folding Torx Key Set T9 10 15 20 25 27 30 40...

    Should be fine then........T20 covers a lot of the VAG group range screws

    Yeah my other torx tools fits everything else but not these? unless ive lost/misplaced this one?

    Why did you take yours apart? Have you dead pixels on your climate control screen?

    Hi mate no I took it apart to vinyl wrap it and generally clean it out
