Clearing the Crud from drilled discs

Hi, any tips on how to clean out clogged up holes on rotors?

When we prep RS models with drilled brakes we have to take the rotors off and drill them carefully to clear them!

Tried a blast today with frequent stops from 60-0, still blocked, drilling maybe the only solution as you say.
