I purchased 12 months worth of warranty from TWG Services Limited when i purchased my car in Feb.

It needs some work doing now (Cam Angle sensor and Crank Angle sensor) and am booking it into Audi.

The only problem is that Audi are not sure whether they claim the work direct from TWG, or if i pay and then claim it back?

Anybody else know what the general rule of thumb is?

My wife had a similar warranty with Warranty Direct and when her car had a fault with one of the levelling motors in a headlight, the VW dealer dealt direct with Warranty Direct.
