Chrome Mirrors

    Does anyone know wear you can get chrome mirrors 'ala' s3 style from, and how much they cost?

    There was a post linking to a 3rd party manufacturer a little while ago, should find it with a search.

    alternatively, ebay (the german ebay seems to be a good bet) but be conscious of any LHD RHD issues.

    IMO though, on anything other than an S3 they look daft. Audi only put alu mirrors as standard on S's and RS's so retro fitting is a bit "Max Power"

    You could try Audi but they are not going to be cheap.

    I have them and i think they lok the nuts, but mine were fitted in the factory, as you say Leddy they would look cack on anything not in that S or RS Range !

    I think the dealer told me when i bought my car they are about £500 to buy outright !

    Agreed definately not my cup of tea for anything but the S range, and as my A3T is above an S3 I don't believe in lowering myself to that level /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh_roll.gif

    But actually they do look quite good on the dark A3's....
