Ive added amp pre-outs to my original audi cHORUS system + jbl amp+2 alpine 10" subs,when i turn the stereo up,it ok even to the maximum volume,its wen i turn up the bass to +1 i lose sound for around 30 seconds, sound will come back and go again unless volume is turned down slightly

volume go's up to 30 max,its ok upto 27, after that is when i lose sound.

When you say you've added pre-outs to the Chorus HU, do you mean you've added more than the front & rear pre-outs that are already there? or do you mean you've hooked up to the existing pre-outs?
Also how have you powered the amps, off the battery or via the fusebox?

DIRECT TO BATTERY,NO PRE OUTS WERE ALREADY THERE,IVE ADDED THEM

The Chorus has both front & rear pre-outs, all you need is the blaupunkt RCA adapter to give you standard RCA connectors for them.
When you say you've added them I assume you mean you've used a high to low converter (line out converter), connected to the speaker outputs.
These are hideous things and will likely be the cause of the signal cutting out at high volume.

What does the blaupunkt part do and where odes it connect?
how do I get one
