Ahh well, spent 7.5 hours changin my rear discs and pads yesterday!
What a fun job that is! Still did it with a socket set and a hammer, quite good goin really.
Removing the bearing races was ok, gettin them back in was silly!
WHY dont the new discs come with ABS rings attached?? What a pants design, spent ages huntin out sumit to heat them up with and then ended up hittin it hard.
WHY are they not mounted on hubs, is there any benefit in making it an all in one unit. (apart from making me mad and waste a day?)
Still... got brakes back now, one pad was down to the metal on each side the others were half used. Is that due to the self centering carrier sticking?
