Looking to change my front brake pads. Have noticed euro car parts have ATE ceramic pads so looked at a few reviews some good and some bad.

Any recommendations on pads to buy? EBC Red Stuff came up in a few searches but some people saying that the initial bite is not as good when cold.

I need better stopping power and less brake dust..

I've got yellow stuff on at the minute. I was warned I would get some squeal but haven't heard a thing.

I have Redstuff all round on the S7.

No issues whatsoever. No squeal (which is why l fitted them) and almost no dust.

The latest Redstuff pads have a high ceramic content and work as soon as you need them :racer:

I have redstuff all around on my car as well. No issues and minimal brake dust. Have a look on car parts for less in the performance parts section for the cheapest prices on red stuff pads.
Red stuff are ECE R90 rated so have to have the same friction levels as OE pads so work as well and I would say better than OE pads when cold.

A big thumbs up for EBC Red Stuff brake pads, the reduction in brake dust from factory pads was amazing :)
