Central locking

Hi am new to this forum highly recommend from a mate, I have bought me first audi allroad and the passenger door has stop opening. When I press the key fob it's trying to lift the stork on the top of the door is as if it jammed. I can't open the door to remove the door panel either is there any advice before I start ripping the door pannel to bits many thanks michael

Try operating the locking with the button on the drivers door with the engine running, sometimes the 14.4v is enough to get the latch working where 12v is not quite enough.

Cheer for the reply it still isn't working the stork is wanting to go up but it's seem as if something is jamming it I have also just noticed the boot has stop working aswell

Check ECU under passengers feet(under carpet) prone to water ingress. is yours an Avant?

Check rear washer pipes are not leaking in pass footwell, fills up ecu chamber in floor.
