Central locking woes

Hi I have just wired in a boost gauge and since then my indicators will not flash now when locking but do upon opening . All I have done is wired in a New south vent pod. I tapped into the fuse board for power I think it's fuse 31 using a piggy back fuse holder then tapped into the blue grey wire from headlight switch for illuminating the pod, then earthed it out to a earth point in the driver's footwell under the fuse board. I'm stumped I followed the instructions and I know it's not a big deal but I really want my car to flash upon locking please help.

lock the car with the fob and go round and check they are all locked

it will only flash when all doors are closed and locked

you may have a broken wire between the doors and its a coincidence its shown up now
