got a standard bose system on my s3 with 6 cd changer, every time i go fast or over some little bump the cd player read no or error and have to wait a few minutes before it reads again, any idea what this could be? thanks

Try a lens cleaner first, might just be dirty.
You can also remove it from the cage it sits in and mount it directly on top of the tupperware sub using layered stickly fixers or doublesided foam tape. This gives the changer some much needed cushioning over the bumps.
