CD Player in S3 upgrade

Is it possible to fit an Audi TT concert cd player into a 2001 S3... and will it work?...oh and the final twist its from an american, does that make a difference?

It'll certainly work as long as you have the security code, the fascia on the HU is the only possible concern as they're all slightly different, but I seem to remember TT's and A3/S3's are very similar.

you will probably find the radio wont tune into all the radio stations you want. the gap in frequency is larger over there. i had a pioneer head unit from the states, and it doesnt tell you what your listening too.
