I'd just take the car to an exhaust shop and have them chop them out.

As above mate but make sure it's somebody that know's what they're doing as I've seen a few so called exhaust specialists that don't have a flipping clue. Especially a well known local place to me who made a total shambles of removing my centre box. No excuse as I stood under the car and told the guy what to do but he decided he knew better and ignored me resulting in a wrecked flexi and them trying to charge me an additional £80 to sort THEIR error. Grrr
