Car pulls/judders when slowing down

I’ve got a 61 plate Audi A3 TDI, Auto and when I’m slowing down, gently on the break the car really pulls every time a gear drops down and even sometimes when I’m accelterating slow it judders? Any ideas?

Not sure about the car pulling but with the slow acceleration judder, its most likely your clutch pack that needs replacing, does it happen in 2nd gear?

Yeah it’s most noticeable dropping down too 3rd, 2nd and 1st really, it brakes smoothly until it drops a gear down and it really judders
