Hi guys,
The car started playing up a few days ago. It would sit at 1000rpm when sitting stationary then slowly rise to 2000 then drop and start again. This happened when the car had been run for a while.
Now it's doing it constantly when driving, raising and dropping quickly
I was advised to check the breather pipes which looked worn. Once they had been changed its made no difference.
Im lost on what to do next! Anyone had a similar problem? The car is a 96 A3 1.8 non turbo
