Car feels hesitant, drop in power?

Just drove the S3 home and it feels a bit sluggish...almost like it needs to clear its throat!

No warning lights have come up, and its particularly noticeable at higher speeds...

Any ideas, sorry for the brief explanation, more to come tomorrow!
