Can't we use these to fix our broken arm rest clips?

Didn't know it was an issue...

But, TBF, mine lives in the up position.

(feckin afterthought if you ask me. Still have a passion for it tho'. The car, not the armrest!)

I would also like to know this as i've had a broken catch for years, ever since I bought the car.

Mine broke a few months ago, pinged off and nearly took my eye out.

I googled this and I'm pretty sure the A4 and A3 are different parts.

I was going to glue a little magnet on the base and a small washer on the lid to stop it from flopping open when you lift the armrest up, but haven't got round to doing it yet.

I brought a couple of those clips to repair my arm rest. I brought one with the Audi rings on. Its Fantastic, it doesn't spring shut like the original but it holds the lid closed and you wouldn't know the difference.

I recommend you buy the clip to repair the arm rest because I resent paying a silly amout for a new lid
