Facelift Can't get live traffic working

This had worked fine in the past, and other online services work (connect etc...) and I have tech pack advanced, but I can't get anything other than TMC Pro. Used to be very handy coming home at night from work - any suggestions as to how I might jolt it back into action?

I had something similar but noticed that, after a map update, the online traffic is now in its own category within the navigation. I cant remember the menu off-hand but it is where you select what POI to show, like petrol stations, car-parks, etc.

Do you have VC?

In terms of getting the traffic overlay, go to audi connect go to bottom and activate google earth

Yes have done that. On the pop up MMI screen you get the current road speed limit, but this isn't shown on the VC screen.
