My OS headlight on my prefacelift S3 is ******** and i have spent a long time trying to get a replacement (including the outer part) every time a new S3 that is being broken on ebay pops up i get in contact straight away but its always sold by the time i get a reply.


So I'm quite tempted to try different headlights. Ive noticed quite a few on ebay but they are only suitable for 8L A3s due to the xenons on the S3.
Can you actually buy some that are right for the S3?

you could try facelift headlights, a few people have swapped their pre-facelift lights to post facelift

Do you know if they go straight in or do I have to change parts around etc?

looks like you need to trim a bit of material on the front wings off to fit the lights in there

don't think all of it will be relevant to you as you lights are already HIDs
