Auto-wipers to a b6
I have xenon autolights with coming home function.
Could I just change the stalk and do a bit coding??

Define "auto-wipers"

If you mean wipers tun on automatically when it rains then you need a windscreen rain sensor, etc.

Im pretty sure the consensus is a no to auto wipers for the B6. I mean like anything you "could" if you spent enough and were that bothered, but I don't think it's proportionate.

OK. I have self dipping mirrors if that makes any difference.
I wonder if the sensor is fitted but not used.

You can fit them, but I'm not sure if the rain sensor is already included in the rear-view mirror or if you need a whole new rear view mirror, either way, it's not cheap (£510 fully fitted), but already having the auto-lights may save you a bit.

There was no auto-wipers function in B6, they introduced it in the B7 model. You'd have to swap the control module from the b7 and change the front windscreen

As i have a late b6 and autolights i was thinking I might get away with just a stalk change and coding.
Looks like it a no go then....
