Can I change my headlight bulbs?

Never had a car with xenons before and wanted to know where to get some bulbs as one seams brighter than the other?

Also a guy on here got some side light bulbs off ebay, I have done a search but can't find the link.

Any advice on what bulbs to get for a 99 pre-face lift S3 would be great!!
