CAN Gateway - No connection?

    Hey everyone!

    trying to connect to my CAN Gateway but my system is not allowing me anymore? it used to connect as i needed to change my parameters to the service intervals...

    I've checked my 5a mini fuse (no.6) in the interior fuse box... it seems okay i have replaced it because i had a box on new fuses... still nothing..

    please help me i can't stand my car saying it needs a service every 200 miles or 700 days!

    Im not using VAG COM I'm using Omitec - OmiScan

    Im located near Grays Essex if anyone is local to plug in I'm willing to pay for your time and knowledge!
