Cam chain tensioner

It's pretty much certain I have an issue with the above, it's hurrendous on warm start ups and was just wondering if anyone has part numbers for what is required to resolve this issue and whether there is anything else you can try first. Please help/advise

Change your oil pick up pipe first because the tensioner will only really fail if it hasn't got a sufficient amount of oil going to it as it runs off oil pressure. Your pick up pipe maybe blocked restricting oil flow to your head.

Right ok is it easy to do? It's an 01 s3

I did mine yesterday and its pretty straight forward. Just got to remove the sump and then 2 bolts for the oil pick up pipe.
