I had the oil consumption fix carried out in February, this week the cam chain has slipped. Got it to my garage and they’re advising me to take it up with Audi as they see it as potential negligence.
What do I do? Do I have a leg to stand on?
He?s saying that they would have had the belt and tensioner off so should have at least replaced the tensioner as it?s know to be a weak component. I’m emailing customer services first.
