Hello,

Hoping to get an RNS-E unit retro-fitted to my 2004 Cabriolet and just wondered if the unit will be just as effective as it would in a saloon, where the aerial can be positioned higher ?

Thanks,

We supply/fit these if of interest, ping me a pm for more information.

I retrofitted one into mine, I fitted the satnav Ariel under the dashboard above the glove box. Never had any issues with GPS in the 3 years it's been fitted

Thanks for your reply, that's what I was hoping to hear. Do you mind if I ask you if you fitted a MK1 or a MK2 version ?

Thanks,

I have a mk1 version fitted to my cab from factory. The mk2s weren't available when the car was bought.

I've never had any problems with the GPS or anything else from my rnse
