Where does this noise come from? Is it related to engine speed? Or interior fan speed? Or neither?

Is the clicking in the cabin area or from the engine bay? If its in the engine bay, it is most likely the compressor clutch pulling in and out. If its in the cabin, maybe its a relay clicking. I take it the air-con is working as it should?

I had the same problem the more I turned the fan up the louder the clicking so I took the glove box off and took the fan out to find some cloth within the fan housing ! no idea how it got there but since I took the cloth out its been fine :)
