C6 Retrofiting rear folding seats 60/40

Hey guys,
I am thinking of retrofiting rear folding 60/40 seats to my C6 saloon.
How easy it will be? I seen few sets of seats on ebay, will it be just straight swap job?

Actually the boot trim is also different between the two. I know from bitter experience of replacing the rear boot trim after a nav upgrade, I bought the wrong type for the car. So you may have to consider these as new they are around £100+ VAT per side.

if its anything like the b6 b7 its a PITA
cutting welding finding the brackets from a scrap car etc
